Family Photos 2018

Last month we took our family photos with Lauren Neff and we love how they turned out! After the last two years in the downtown Sioux Falls city scene (see those photos here – 2017, 2016), we opted for nature once again and headed to The Outdoor Campus. It’s so beautiful there with the trees and prairie grass, and the sun and weather were absolutely perfect! We all got dressed in our best, bribed the kids with snacks, and mentally prepared ourselves for the photo session. I love the mini sessions because seriously, these kids (and my husband!) can only last 15-30 minutes! It was the perfect amount of time and the kids were behaving so well, thank the Lord. Love how they turned out!

Faye is Walking!

Faye is walking! Woo hoo!! Go Faye go! Such a sweet little chickadee all over the place now!

She’s been taking up to 8-10 steps at a time for the last couple months, and now, finally about 3 weeks ago, FULL TIME WALKER! Big girl!

Oh and don’t worry, fell a lot at the beginning – she already chipper her front top tooth a little bit falling on our patio, so that was awesome! Ugh! Continue reading →

Faye Turns One!

Happy FIRST birthday my wittle babay Faye. Sweet little angel child! We love her so much and she has completed our family with her sweet smily consta-grin. And now she’s ONE! What a year as a family of five and seeing all of our kids grow up – Faye definitely grew up the fastest! June 13th at 4:40am, 10 lbs 3 oz seems like just yesterday!! Goodness! Forget how big she was! WHEW! See her birth story here

Faye // 11 Months

Faye is 11 months old!!! Good grief, almost a 1 year old, EEEEEK! I simply cannot believe it. It’s gone by so fast! She’s such a sweet bundle of joy and we love her so much.

Faye is getting goofier and goofier every day! She’s really coming into her personality and I love to see what is new with her each day. Her favorite thing to do right now is make tooting noises with her lips and mouth, she does it all day! Then Leo joins in, then Ivy joins in, and then there’s so much spit all over the place! It’s pretty funny though :)
