Apples and pumpkins!!! Love this time of year when all of the apple orchards and pumpkin patches open up! This year, I wanted to bring the kids to Omaha to go to Vala’s Pumpkin Patch because we’ve never been to it yet. Plus, I haven’t ever brought them to the Omaha Zoo either, so I decided to load them up (John was out of town, EEEK!!) and make a weekend out of it!
On Friday, we headed straight to Vala’s on their opening day! I couldn’t wait to see it. I am a huge Halloween lover and I also love fall so I was so excited to see it and I will say it was INCREDIBLE! I have always heard about it and seen pictures, but it was WAY bigger and TONS more to do than I could have ever imagined! It was like an amusement park it had so many things to do! Train rides, shows and plays, haunted houses, play gyms, zip lines, trucks, toys, sports games, tree houses, corn pits, and so many other fun things to do! I was blown away. We were there all day and the kids loved every second!
They said their favorite was the haunted house! My kind of kids! I love spooky!
After all the fun everywhere, time to jump on the tractor ride and go find our pumpkins!
And this is the cutest – what fun to come back each year and see “How Tall This Fall”
We had a blast at Vala’s Pumpkin Patch! Definitely going to become our yearly tradition!
